@@tato6162 Interesting fact, but anyway.....there are a lot of martial art examples where the judges can still recognize body shots without those vests. I think sanda is a really cool martial art and I wish it would go viral, but for this they need to make it more appeling for the regular viewers. A first step would be taking away those vests

I don't really know if the sport will be better without the vest. I think every match would be 10 seconds. Who ever lands a hard kick or punch. The fight is done. Right now you get to see 10 minutes of kicks, punches and throws for every match.

The vests are to make sure that the fighters have long careers 😊
