ৰাতিপুৱা সদায় ত্ৰিফলা মিলাই গৰম পানীলওঁ যোগ ত্ৰিশ মিনিট।ৰদ নলও।চেনী ব্যৱহাৰ নকৰোঁ ।মানসিক ব্যায়াম নাই।ৰঙা চাহ লওঁ মোবাইলৰাতি উঠি নাচাও ময়দা ব্যৱহাৰনহয় ।শোৱা উঠা সঠিক নহয়। 15 মিনিতথিকেই।চিন্তা হতাশ বেছি।
