Hi, I'm sorry if I make you confuse. The June 9, 2023 mean is they actively reviewed our case. You can count from the start our priority date last year was July 1, 2022.

First, congrats on getting approved. I filed i-130 for myself and 3 sisters. 1 of my sisters first got 11 months, the other 5 months and then myself and the 4th both got 9 months. I checked back closer to 5 months, and the 1 with 11 months moved up for 1 month then weeks. The one initially with 5 months moved back and now showing 2 months. Myself and the 4th showing 3 months....my question is, is this a good sign?

I found something online with same message that was later approved in days and another in a few months, 14 months. I'm guessing ours will be when myself and my other 2 sisters 2 months are up.

Hello ! Please help me understand I filed the Form I-130 to reunite with my son in 2020. I additionally needed to submit Form I-824 (because I didn't provide the address on the form). My account says they received my Form I-824... My case was approved in 2022 and transferred to NVC. I became a US citizen two weeks ago and I need to make a request to change my status. I went to the NVC website and in Public Inquiry Form they are asking for a recipient number but I can't figure out which recipient number I need to enter, for the form I-130 or I-824. The numbers are different. Please help me understand. Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hi, instead of receipt number, enter the NVC case number for your public inquiry. Hope it helps. Otherwise your I-824 approved receipt number for other option.

Hello, my mother is a US citizen and is currently trying to get her brother in the US swell. While I was filing the I-130 form as her preparer, we ran into some problems. 1. My mother's parents are very old and they live in a very rural part of Nepal. They only have their year of birth but not the month and date. Will it be fine if we just make one up for both of them? (Also, would the USCIS know that we made it up through her previous Us citizenship forms that she submitted before?) 2. Is it okay if I made my Uscis account through my own email instead of her email so my mother could file the I-130through it? And I name myself as the preparer while I help my mom fill it out ? 3. Also in the "Other information part", it says to provide information about beneficiary in their native written language, however, on the file requirements, it states that " if your documents are in a foreign language, upload a full English translation and the translator's certification with each original document". What should we do? 4. Do we have to file out the blank space under the questions where it asked about his passports and travel documents if he has never been in the United States? 5. What happens if my mother and her brother do not officially have their birth certificate?

They just send it to my husband email address the nvc welcome letter with case number. I never contacted the uscis. It is your case approved already? If do so then try to check your email address or the spam.

@cowyowe8332 according from their site You do not need to bring your Affidavit of Support or financial evidence you submitted to NVC. However the civil documents must be original. Yes, try to request from your husband the original.

We supposed to file the same time po sana, pero may confusion nung una dapat po pala separate yung I-130 namin kala ng husband ko as petitioner automatic kasama anak ko but we're wrong. Kaya nauna nalang po ako then later finile namin yung sa anak namin nung nandito na ako sa USA. All the best po sa process ninyo and keep in touch!

I'm not expert on this, however base on public post through website it's okay for her to visit you as a tourist visa and must follow the guideline.
