Really cool car but you want to set your suspension closer to the center of travel, not full extension when at rest under the car's weight. If your suspension is in the middle of travel when at rest under the car's weight, then when driving over a pothole, the wheel will be able to travel down and remain in contact with the road. Likewise, a bump in the road will be absorbed by the suspension compressing and also if hit at a diagonal the other wheels are less likely to lift and lose traction. I hope this makes sense and you try it. To set it up, depending on your setup, you want to adjust your suspension so that the dog bones or the control arms are parallel with the ground when at rest. the suspension should be at mid travel, with the wheels able to move both up or down. They should sag down fully when the car is picked up off the ground.

not sure a 3d printed diff would be very feasible on a small 1/10th size model, since it would have to be super bulky to withstand all the forces involved. still a good idea if he thinks he can pull it off; i'd watch.

I was able to make it fit on a Bambu X1C by slicing off the hubs and printing them separately "in black" then make a 2nd cut to the back end to divide it into two pieces. I also flipped the back end upside down to give it a stronger diagonal pattern and use less support material. Overall this is a fantastic build! Great job!

Hey Michael - Would you consider re-sharing the onshape project in a way that we can 'copy' it? Currently I'm able to view the project, but cannot copy it to my own onshape documents for editing. I believe to make any changes as it is I would need to export each individual part, re-import, and then rebuild all the mate connectors. I'm working on printing this up right now, and I keep needing to re-hide parts so I can see under the shell and count how many of each part to print, as my view changes reset each time I load the document. Thanks for the awesome model and build video!
