On June 11, a fiery tanker incident caused a collapse on northbound I-95 in Philadelphia. EarthCam worked alongside @AeroAggregates to document the unprecedented emergency repair in just 6 days - the temporary reconstruction was open to traffic. EarthCam's 4K time-lapse showcases the diligent efforts of the construction crew, as well as the remarkable speed of the recovery process leading up to the bridge's highly anticipated re-opening on June 23.

Just cost 5x as much and carries half of the traffic.

They filled a hole in with dirt... They will call it magic climate control glass like it's recycling but when they repair the over pass they will dump in in the water.

@@brianwu15595x as much? How? I figured about 30x Considering it hasn't even started actual construction might be 300x The extra 500 affirmative action hires for the pictures even though their Spanish mascot said local 592 when he meant 542 or the dirt they are calling magic glass... But what about all the toll roads people were forced to pass because it was down. Along with gas spent in traffic. If I was a human being picked and trust my government I would say they probably made about 50x the money display conveniently shutting one little underpass down... One little little underpass that cops said the person wasn't even in the vehicle to find for the first day. Nobody thought it was a convenient place to park and die in a burning truck? They always just happen to explode under a overpass while all cops say there was no way anyone was in the vehicle until the next day when feds say he was but he died. Philly cops said driver ran until 10 hours to-16 hrs later feds said they lied and the driver died

Your comment is all over the place, but it sounds like you're suggesting a conspiracy between Philly cops and the FEDS.

they made it so you cant drive underneath anymore? I was confused as to why they built that whole wall/platform up to rebuild the highways road

That doesn’t look like a repair of a bridge, they just closed the road it bridged over and filled in the gap with a MSE wall???

It's a critical road for the local economies and travel. They made a temporary bridge in the center and will build the other half on each side (than slide them into place while removing the temporary one).. they just needed it open fast first :)

Exactly. Huge amount of time bragging by politicians about how they repaired the bridge but this isnt that. Its funny when the politicians take credit for what the contractors are able to do.

It was either that or keep one of the busiest highways in the US closed for many months.
