You should add more stuff to the shop, it’s a bit empty, here’s some suggestions -Racks of items in background for decor -Customers (maybe you can beg them to get items and you can get more items for different npcs) -A guard in there to make sure you don’t steal

I remember the last time ya uploaded a vlog on this game Fuelvin. It's great to see another Devlog on it again after awhile and back in action. I'm loving the smooth animation ya implemented as well as the attack animation and faint. Keep up the good work.

hey that was awesome . i have some suggestions if you want you can read them 1 _ make prison building for escaping from the prison 2 _ make arrest bar (an bar that fill after some time if you dont run away by clicking space or wasd buttons) so if the bar reach the end the police arrest the player 3 _ make police as an main npc just like rich npc but we have the opption to hit the police 4 _ if we hit the other npcs the police comes after us 5 _ make more store shopping and more buildings for decorating the map 6 _ pleas make tuturial of this game the pepole will love it :D

I think it'd be cool if all the NPC's had randomized skin tones and clothing to make it feel less repetitive. Would also be cool if you expanded upon the map a bit and added more content. Other than that it looks like its coming along very nicely.

one of my main problems with this game is the animations. I really like the NPC walking, but I think it would be really cool if you added animations where the hobo will move alongside the shovel when attacking. I also think it would be nice to have more places to enter and more NPCs to talk to. I could see this game becoming really good. anyways, it's already amazing!

This man went from Scratch to Unity... I used to watch his scratch videos when I was 13 (2-3 years ago), and its cool to see him making games on unity now.

I think you should add a background that’s closer with bushes and trees and then a foreground with a few bushes and trees, make the foreground objects slightly blurred

Hi, could you add like, a health bar? For the Police and the Player, so the chase seems more, battle-y, or stuff, and also, the cop should have a different walking animation,instead of casually walking to arrest someone.

The title is great! The description is great! The only reason I was committed to watching this entire video though was the lie at the beginning... lol. I was so interested to see how you would drop in PvP to this single player game last minute and have you and your friends competing to be the "best"? When you speak English so well, it helps to confirm that what your saying is correct :) It's so good I never even considered it was a mistake.

Dude, I used to watch your scratch tutorials and make the zombie shooter game. I've moved onto Construct 3 and even have an idea for a wave zombie defense game. I'm glad to see you posting :)

Make it so that you can find special items in the dumpster. And make it a mini game like example you have to chose between cards and behind each card is different amounts of money or different items.

Everything should slowly blur out when you enter a cop chase. So, that it’s easier to see and feels more intense. I found it kinda hard to see the cops at times.

Suggestion: add achievements! Some ideas: "Hobo No More" - Finish the game for the first time "Combat King" - Knock out 10 cops in one game "Cash in Hand" - Collect $100 before entering the club

You should add more stuff like more building because maybe people are just gonna walk forward into the abyss where no buildings and people are here. And maybe add more characters like a nice woman which have an ending we’re you and the woman fall in love but first you have to be rich and have high reputation. Maybe add a clothes shop which gives you a nice outfit for the woman.

Some ideas for the game If you wana make this a fun little indie game it should have Multiple levels More complex Multiple Endings More levels as in after you get the suit you unlock a new area where it has a few different mechanics and new features and you need to progress towards maybe a house and then a love life etc. You can also travel to past places to buy new items and do quests More complex as in quests which have you maybe like faint some gangsters for a police for cash or sabotage police for a criminal for cash. Quests like these should add more complex choices to the reputation system and the game should change according to the reputation for eg- lower prices because people are scared of you. Stealing and mugging npcs for low rep. Extra cash bonus from quests for high rep and also more avaliable items. The town can change to like less people on the street if your bad or like doors closed and stuff. Multiple endings is self explanatory. Diffrent items and reputations can give different endings after completing the third level. Hopefully you enjoyed these ideas from me. A professional game desinger, love the game and your vids. Bye

Just a small suggestion, you could separate the top hat and the suit from the shop, so you have to buy them separately. To give the game more of a challenge

Hey if you don't know what visual scripting is, welp it's a beginner friendly scripting feature and you don't even need to learn it, it's just easy and easy for you, Cuz Visual scripting is just flowing some wires into a node to run the code :) and it's also easy to understand what it means. You can use that feature to make anything you want.

Idea: the lower the reputation the higher prices get from shop owners or lower chances of them giving you some money.

Hobo Simulator Updates 1. In the original, the player can jump by pressing the up arrow. 2. After becoming a gentleman, the end screen appears. 3. Add the background music (Use the music "Easy Living").

idea for features, a sewer system to hide in, it could also contain criminals to either fight or be friends with. new enemies: police car, brings in more police to fight. cloaker stealth or somethin: hides behind things to catch you off guard but has less hp than a normal policeman, but moves quicker and to locate some sort of sound maybe.

You should make a maze game tutorial for scratch where there is 3 ghosts that hunt you and if they touch you you go back to the start and can pass through the walls of the maze. Also there should be portals that can teleport you around the map to different parts of the map. Touching the walls should also send you back to the beginning of the map.

Also you could add a durability bar to the shovel

I hope you add so sort of boss after putting 25 policemen to sleep. You can design it however you want, I just feel as if this has to be implemented

You should make an attack combo On the fourth hit there will be a different and more intense animation which knocks the police 3x more and 2x more damage. After the combo the attack delay will be 0.7 and not 0.3.

Idea : add a achievement for all funni thing (liek kill 1000 police, buy 100 baloons, ect)

I feel like you should add houses so when you run from the cops, there will be houses. And some of the houses you can rob but it’s very hard to complete.

Idea: If you “unalive” 6 police officers, a SWAT team begins chasing you.

You should make the same thing if you go to jail like when you go to jail, you need to get reputation to become the king of the prison and escape. If dont get enough reputation, the buff guys attack you.

What do you think about adding a new mechanic to the rich men? When your reputation is below 50% the rich men will try to avoid the player. The less reputation you have the faster they will avoid the player

You could add an option to steal from the rich guys (50% that you'll get a lot of cash, 50% that your reputation will go to 0 and you'll get chased by the police)

Idea make a game where you earn Gold coins from fighting monsters and you can buy armour and weapons to buy more things and the monsters get harder. And when you take damage one peice of armour takes 5 damage and if one takes 200 damage it breaks. Things to buy. Wool armour iron armour auntaneum armour and diamond armour . Swords . Hand crafted sword iron sword auntaneum sword and diamond sword. Bows. Wooden bow metal bow auntaneum bow .have fun making it I can’t wait to see it

I think you should add a police station have an option to interact with the polices knocked out body and have a chance of getting a taser and or money and you slightly lose reputation when you hit a cop and more ways to gain reputation maybe even a arrest animation

An idea if you ever make an update is to add achievements. (Ex: Beating the game, getting 100$, getting new items, etc.)

This game has a lot of potential. You could add a lot more things such as vehicles or such to make a GTA style game? Just a suggestion.

I think a way to add more areas in order to make it a sort of survive as a hobo could be cool, since right now you do everything just as you need since you dont have renewable way of gaing reputation.

This game reminds me of Rags to Riches on the C64

You should make it where if u hit and knockout 6 cops a swat team comes and chases u and to knock them out u got to hit them 10 times with shovel

For an idea maybe make a setting where you can switch it to mobile controls if possible

I'd like to see you add a way to make the cops go away by dumpster diving.

I feel like making the game take long by decreasing how fast you gain reputation, also expanding the map and adding new ways to get reputation would be cool. Maybe even some illegal ways to make money?
