Anna was only 12 when she began to write her own songs. At first it was only a way for her to process her thoughts and feelings, but keeping them to herself didn’t go a long way since she’s so incredibly talented, thus her first song „So alone“ quickly made it’s way on top of the charts. It was published in three languages; german, english and french, accompanied with a 3D animated video on youtube.
After a four-year-long break in which Anna finished school, she returned with her second single „Night“ in 2014. The song immediately received great praise within the so called „Blueberry-community“ and it seemed like the fans have been waiting all this time for news from their idol. But it only paved the way for the most successful single that was yet to come. „Silent Scream“ was released in 2015 along with a comic-style music video featuring Anna’s best friend Zoe and her boyfriend Henry, gathering more than 51 Mio. views on KZfaq.

Agreed, the fact that mainstream artists don't put the real effort these days anymore. Rap for example is not really music anymore, all it is just auctioneering with extra bass. Due to the fact that music like rap is becoming mainstream is because it is much faster and easier to produce and release. It is just like a modern car, they use a lot of plastic because it is just cheaper and they can get them out of lots that way, it goes with rap in that type of form somewhat. They just talk fast and play bass in the background. Artists like Odyssey Eurobeat, Anna and Damien actually sing and add actual notes with the right type of music. There isn't a lot of good musicians that are big anymore even when they make actual music.

@@r_elementz1564 I mean, I love Alec, but his songs aren't like Anna nor Damien's, his songs are more chill sad songs with ( generally) acoustic instruments with lyrics that are like stories, while Anna and Damien is more into Emo Pop Rock-ish vibes with more percussion and Electro that gives off emotions and angst, so maybe not as much like them.

This is without a doubt my favorite song of all time. When this was first showed off during a live stream of the “NINE TO NINE” album, I fell in love with the whole project immediately. It’s been 3 years since then, and this is the song that’s stuck with me all these years. Its relatability really hits me where no other song really has. This song will always mean a lot to me. I loved this song, there's a lot of moments from my past where I can identify the feelings described through this lyrics, I find them as an honest way to express all the negativity and self destruction that we can sadly feel. Listening to this talented voice makes me feel like maybe sometimes I can feel bad with myself, but I'm not alone and that fact doesn't represent the end of all possibly future happiness. I listened to the song, again, and it always hit my heart, but today it brought one line my classmate from grammar school once said: "Other people can abandon/leave me, but I have to live with myself" and it's so true and it kinda fits the song. I like that the song points out the issue of self-hate. Usually songs adress depression and other mental problems, which is very relatable to many people, but I think that if it's put like in this song - that we often are our biggest enemies - it hits twice as hard because we just can't escape ourselves. Your music is very powerful, thank you for making and sharing it with us ❤

This is literally the summary of my 2019. I can still remember how exactly last year December, I found Anna Blue's channel and I got addicted to her songs. It became my therapy music, my comfort music, my everything music. And now, it's December again and I'm listening to this new song of hers that summed up my whole struggles throughout the year. I've realized, I wouldn't have been able to move on and carry though with my life if it weren't for this channel. Thank you Anna Blue, for being there for me with your music.

It’s always a never ending fight when the opponent is you. Because you already know all of your strengths and weaknesses. And that is what will lead to your inevitable fall into darkness. That’s what happened with me. Fighting myself is like beating my fists against a wall. There’s only that can give in and that’s me. After I give in, all I can do is watch everything fall apart around me.

I fell in love with this song cause this song speaks volume! Like for me personally, I struggle to love and accept myself and whenever somethings goes wrong, my immediate instinct is to blame myself and loathe in self hate so I could really feel what this song is saying. For instance, I was afraid to hurt anyone else again that I isolate myself from anyone cause I'm so afraid of what I could do to them. But I am glad that I was able to find the light before it goes completely pitch black though. This battle that I'm having with myself isn't over yet and I'm not sure when it will be, but I'm sure as hell will keep on fighting until I win. Maybe yesterday I lost but that doesn't mean I will keep on losing. and p.s : thank you for writing such a beautiful song that everyone could relate to anna 🙇❤

I love how your songs are a gateway to our feelings. I've been having problems with trying to express how I feel and it's usually white noise, drowning in water (my own tears or darkness), strained breathing but I don't know and sometimes I feel like I wanna scream. So thank you for the wonderful music. It has given me an air bubble (or pocket) where I can just sit, visit my mind and escape. Anna, you have a way with words. These lyrics mixed with the beautiful voice makes tears come from my eyes. Hits home. Probably not just for me. The words pierce the soul. I have epilepsy you see. These seizures have been tearing my life and I apart at the seams. They've taken memories and friends away from me. I've changed so much and didn't realize it until just recently. Rude words and comments have become more and more common. Thoughts of it all going have began. I've always been the one there for others. Now, I questions anything and everything. I make those close leave. Can't stand myself and I. I am in love with this song. Have been listening to it on repeat. Thank you. Keep up the amazing music from within. People sometimes bully cuz there’s a problem in life. It is like when you’re mad, you may punch a pillow and throw it around. That’s what the bully does to you; you’re like it’s pillow. They do it cuz they might not know how to solve the problem. Instead of hating them, try to be nice and befriend them. I used to get bullied at my school and I hated my bully, who wouldn’t? Afterwards, I found out that he had family problems and didn’t know how to get his anger out. Then I helped him and became his friend. He is now a better person! “No matter what someone is going through or how tightly the darkness holds them, always be a friend. Be the beacon to lead them out of the darkness.”

I love your messages in your work and the songs themselves, I suffer with anxiety and depression and I relate to so many of your songs but this came out around the time I got put of a toxic relationship and i realized i was the one holding myself back from everything with my negative thinking about everything. Times get tougher, and as just the first year of me being a teenager has been rough, I'm not looking forward to the years ahead. My friends and I are going through really rough patches of throwing each other off when they try to help and then feeling insulted when we get thrown off, and since we have no clue of what the hell's ahead, we're already pretty irritated that we have to put up for a lot more of this crap. But here's to hoping your music make this atrocious part of life at least a bit more bearable! Edit: So... almost 17 now, just one month to go. It gets better. It gets easier. Things level out. EVERYONE HAS INSTINCTS OF OPTIMISTIC PERSONALITY AND GENTLENESS DOESN'T MATTER WHAT for some it's harder to find it than others. Maybe because of their past, their ways or whatever, but that instinct never vanishes and it is always there when you need it. Trust me, I get thorns growing out of me and stabbing other people once in a while because of who I am, which already determines what I do and what I might encounter. But I still try hard to first self love and then love others. You need to self love first before you satisfy anybody. So please, everyone who might be reading this, don't be afraid to get out of your own shell. I'm not saying you have to act and feel brave, I just wish you to not give up. No big goals yet, in fact they might be very far away, but progress is still progress everyday. I know what it's like to play hide and seek all against yourself. And don't think it will last forever, BECAUSE IT WON'T. GOD BLESS YOU ALL 💖💖💖
