🤔 Mutton rolls முதன்முதலாகச் சாப்பிட்டது யாழ். சுபாஸ் கபே இல்தான். அந்த சிறுவயதில் மனதில் ஓடிய எண்ணம், "நம்ம ஆட்கள் கில்லாடிகள்! இறைச்சிக்கறியைச் சமைச்சு, அதை தோசைக்குள் ஒளிச்சு வைச்சு, எண்ணையில் பொரிச்சு எடுத்திருக்கிறார்களே!! எவ்வளவு சிரமம்!!!". ஆனால் சதீஷின் செய்முறையைப் பார்க்க மிக எளிதாக இருக்கிறதே! 👏👌

I am a Malaysian Sri Lankan and l learnt to make mutton rolls while l lived in London as l lived with ceylones family They made rolls as the same way as you did.when did l used to cubed the potatoes and fry it separately you won’t believe the taste was much much better than boiled roughly mashed potatoes l suggest you try this one also for the mutton curry add a teaspoon of garam masala and the add the fried cubes potatoes the add the lime juice it’s a bit extra work but you will like this
