They are really easy to buy , anyone can buy them and the bullets , and mostly kids in gangs have them and use them . and a lot of times when things like this happen guns are pulled and shot off and many people are hit and hurt / killed. its really sad and ive seen it happen a lot and its honestly the most scary thing ever to happen or see. and honestly a lot of time they are pulled out during fights and then just shot off into crowds of people at party's etc. but a lot of times it's because people are doing / acting really dumb
