I agree, I've never had the desire to make a temperature blanket because there's no way I could do like a row of single crochet [us] every single day for a blanket but this is making me consider one lol

I think a lot of places had some wild swings last month. Here in Michigan, it hit 70, then snowed the next day. People were joking that the weather was stuck in demo mode, cycling through all of the possibilities in 48 hours!

I'm using your pattern for a blanket for my daughter's first year starting on the day she was born and ending on her first birthday. This is a wonderful idea! A First Year blanket could be gifted at any age! Mine are almost 25 (in September ) and almost 21 (in April). I may make these as Christmas Gifts!

I used your linen square temperature blanket pattern to make a one year anniversary blanket for my husband. He freaking loves it and it’s our go to couch cuddle blanket ❤ I loved how manageable and portable it was with monthly squares instead of having to wrangle a beast of a blanket each day to do a row.

(Day 5) So I feel you on the invisible March Square! 😅 My 2024 Blanket is a Mood one instead of a Temp, and your pattern works great for a Mood one too, if anyone was curious! I did a 2022 temperature blanket and finished it in november 2023 😂 also I only got throguh the first 6 months of the year and had to stop that bish is enormous. Good blanket though

I absolutely adore that Feb square! So glad you're sticking with it. I think it's really pretty. We get wild temp swings here too, but it's from the low to high of the day usually.. If I went by just high temperature, usually it's just a gradient of warm, warmer, and hot so I have to get creative to use all my colors! XD

I love your colors!! I think making a square for each month is so much nicer than the usual approach. It's like making a calendar instead of just numbering the lines on a notebook page. It's too bad that our weird weather this year is making color combos you weren't expecting (because who would have??!!), but it looks great so far.
