Yes, I accept this and he shouldn't be allowed to spend all of the capital gold he gets from the forge in the base that unlocks or upgrades the Hog glider troop's on top of it unless that base is the last one that needs to be given any upgrades to further upgrade the clan capital. To increase the burn of the punishments (aka all other upgrades).
