Dear Soul. Allow me to start off by sending you so much Love, from my heart to yours. Thank you for being a part of my life. I feel that setting healthy and authentic boundaries is of vast importance if we want to live a life true to ourselves. We are told and programmed from childhood on what to think, and what to do and not do. We have been taught to be obedient. "Don´t ask too many questions. Follow the rules." Society is set up for us to live within its limits, structures, and "rules" - portrayed as for the greater good of the collective (some of them are). However, if one chooses to dive deeper and ask questions, one will soon connect the dots and realize that we live in an inverted-system where things that are portrayed as to serve humanity and mother earth - are most of the time doing the opposite, and only serving a few. This is held in place by collective conditioning: "Be a good girl. Be a good boy. Be a good citizen. Be a good human. Do this. Don´t do that. Do as I say. Or else…." Guilt, shame, and fear-manipulation at its best, isn´t it? We have all felt this type of manipulation from different sources throughout life. What can we do about it? Set boundaries! We can start saying NO to participating in activities that we don´t want to be a part of or support - even if it will affect our lives and we will have to make some changes to stand our ground and live in integrity with our boundaries. What are you supporting at this moment that doesn´t feel right to you, but you have not set boundaries yet, because you don´t want to deal with change? We are innate freedom seekers and freedom lovers. We are Sovereign Beings. That is the default state of our Soul. That is why we feel resistance when others tell us what to do or not if it is not in alignment. And what if we dared to be outspoken and "outacting" about it, coming from a place of integrity, groundedness, and personal power? Saying NO to things that don’t resonate. Saying no to things that feel out of alignment. Isn’t that a part of living in authenticity and integrity? Living from the heart? Say YES to things that you think and feel will create more Love, freedom, joy, and fulfillment in your life. Why not? You can. It is time for self-leadership. Yes, we are all living within different frames of external reality and influences that be challenging, still, we have the Free Will Power to choose how to think, what to focus on, what choices to make, and what action to take - within these frames of reality. Setting healthy and empowering boundaries on a physical and energetic level is an aspect of life that so many avoid doing, for different reasons. As I said, I believe that we have been programmed to obey, and fear tactics are used by parents, school, religion, governments, and organizations worldwide. Fear is a virus, a sneaky one. Most are not aware that they are controlled by it: fear of the unknown, fear of rejection, fear of upsetting others, fear of potential conflict, fear of losing control, fear of being alone, fear of death, or fear of losing love. It is part of the journey. The question is: will we evolve and choose Love over fear? That is up to each and one of us. A personal Free Will Decision to make. Most want to avoid creating external conflicts that we think we might co-create when we get clear and set boundaries. But the internal conflict and heartbreak we create when we are not true to ourselves have a much greater negative consequence on our overall happiness and wellbeing. Setting energetic boundaries is also a must if you intend to navigate your life from a place of peace and presence. Living from your heart. Living your purpose. People, places, things, words, thoughts, emotions, choices, and actions all have their energetic impact on our reality. If we are not clear on our boundaries, these aspects of creation can, when in a negative form, deplete our energy, and weaken our energy field, and steal our Light. Good to know. Because we can make choices and change that support our highest intention and vision for our life. In your life, the responsibility is yours. Your reality. Your life. It is yours to own. The choices you make and the actions you take: own them, it will elevate you to the next level of conscious creation. We are not here to play small. It is time to shine. This session will active the Courage, Confidence, Power, and Wisdom within you to set the boundaries that are in integrity with your Heart and Soul. The other part of this process is for you to integrate and embody the skill of boundary setting by actually doing it in your life - when and where it needs to be done. You got this. I listen to this one every morning. I am 4 months out of a relationship with somebody who has narcissistic personality disorder. All of my boundaries eroded, I became a shell of myself, I couldn't even decide what drink I wanted and had to let you decide for me. Not any more. I have established my sense of self again but even stronger than before because already I have realised that if I don't make a decision no matter how small, someone else will for me. I am establishing my sense of self and never want someone to do this to me again. I protect me now. I take responsibility for me now, I will not override my soul for another again! Thank you Kenneth, your empowering words every morning are finally etching on my mind after 4 months of constantly reminding me every single morning that I waken. I am done with the Faux reality that others create. I am not going to allow another person who claims to love me to gaslight reality and tell me mines wrong again ❤️

I'm in this transformation.. I used to let people go on over me on minor things n on some words as long as not personal n i would sometimes feel agitated later for letting someone getaway with such and put them in a special box for later n then take them out over a small thing in a harsh manner that i later even feel sorry for them... I am now happy for this one because am practicing transformation into immediate response, alert n assertiveness
