People say: "I don´t go to social media" (to avoid the negative). I used to think the same way, until I just started choosing what showed on my feed. I even deleted my old FB account and redefined myself, choosing only spiritual and business accounts to feed from. There is a lot of good insight in social media, not everything is toxic. Just like food and relationships, just learn to choose.

I couldn't agree more. Same here. I did it consistently for a year before finding the love of my life, getting married, building wealth, so much has manifested through gratitude meditation. I am so happy and so blessed now. It wasn't easy, i was in a very dark place before I started the gratitude meditation, i had to also do a forgiving meditation. It truly works!

I LOVE THE ECHOES!!! It hits so much harder then the other videos 😭 They make it a lot easier to believe that I am deserving of love and respect 💖 Cause sometimes I’ll listen to 5-6 different guided meditations and none of them are deep enough to convince me of my inherent worth and to remind me of my empathetic gifts!!! It can get ridiculously difficult to get out of the dark tunnels where suicidal ideation creeps back inside my life but this guys videos make the process of finding balance SO MUCH QUICKER!!! My anxiety and insecurities would be so severe that I would have to hide in the bathroom to calm myself down but it would sometimes take hours!!! With these videos, I’m able to stabilize myself in a timely manner and continue with my day 💕. So as a young woman plagued with mental illnesses and generational trauma, thank you for all that you do 🥰💖🥺

Hi Gabriella. You are not alone. I have suffered the same back in the days and it takes time and repetition. Be strong and stay strong because you really are strong ( I can feel it from how you write). Don't forget that a video like this might give you a boost which we all need at times, but don't forget that " action breeds confidence, inaction breeds fear". In other words do small actions every day that let you feel more like whatever is that you want to feel more of.... Don't wait for the confidence to arrive to take action. It's incredible how much this guided meditation works. I notice how I actually ended up believing in abundance. Everything in my life started changing; the way people respond to me. One of the best affirmations. The wordage he says the pictures of nature the soft-soothing tone of his voice. Everything is spot on! Best "I am" video I found by a mile. No wishy-washy soft, fake, annoying voices and tones. Subtle and highly skilled use of fades, echo and background music. Strong, powerful, believable. I auto-replay it all day at work and auto-reply all night. But only found it a few days ago. We'll see after 21 days.

@@-lavender-777 Nowadays I don't hear as much this audio, simply beacause my life have changend in many ways, I don't think that´s all because of this video, but because I have change my way of living. I have been listening the audio of this video for 1 full year, pratically every day and it have really helped me to find much more work and inner peace. Now I meditate much more, and I'm in a much better posisition (economically and spiritual) than before. Sometimes I stil hear this amazing audio or others from Kenneth Soares or from Neville Goddard just to reconnect with the frequency. I wish you good luck on your journy :)

This is ok as a motivation but it is too general for real instructions.. In my experience thing that helped me the most was *4ManifestAll. Com* It is full of detailed instructions which can help you manifest what you want... So I recommend to check it out maybe it will work for you also
