I AM ALS Co-Founders and Former Obama Staffers Brian Wallach and his wife Sandra Abrevaya were blindsided when he, an otherwise healthy father of two, was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Instead of sinking into despair, Wallach and Abrevaya founded I AM ALS with the goal of finding the cure that will save his life. Hear their story.

I’m Fighting ALS too. This has destroyed my life. At least my wife and kids are here with me.

Was led to this knowledge of what Brian is doing via the wonderful article in WIRED last month(July)...... Overwhelmed in a good way by the article and this video I searched for, looking for something substantial like a video interview to really feel what Brian and Sandra were all about And what I saw more than anything here are two things - passion and love, for each other and for the cause....... Keep on keeping on......
