I totally understand your resistance to getting rid of any of your treasures. My son calls me a hoarder. I call myself a crafter. Most of my stuff is fabric and sewing, yarn for crochet, or beading. I have paints, glues, paper, well a little of everything else in there too. I love it all and can’t seem to get rid of anything.

I love the lables. I have a box of "this is where you'll find it" Lovely room of treasures.

G'day Sonya, soooo much stuff, so lucky, you will never be bored. i just have half my bedroom as a craft space to work in, but i sew at the kitchen table. I have all my stuff in cupboards in the laundry, and stuffed around my room. It does the job, of course the dream is to have whole room, doubt it will happen though. Happy Crafting :) Karla

Good for you! I recently went through the same,process and felt so much lighter afterwards. I also have a small space and limited myself to the space available. Everything else had to go. I got pretty creative with the space available. I was listening to Karen on “Just get it done quilts” who said a SABLE is “supply accumulation beyond life expectancy” which first made me laugh and then think. I had more than I will ever use, so I passed a lot on to others who may enjoy them. My daughter gave me a book called “The Art of Swedish Death Cleaning” which is a fabulous read. Puts you in the “now” and is helpful with decluttering and organizing. I’m sure her motivation came from not wanting to deal with a mountain of stuff when I’m gone. I have a LOT to do before then. Lol. Be well. Looking forward to your next post.

Hello their my lovely friend, it’s been a while since we said hello. I like you have been ill, it’s not fun when your young and it’s a right sod when your old! Did you ever get your teeth sorted? I haven’t the set that I paid so much money for don’t fit, I can wear the tops at a push and have to glue them in, that stuff makes me gag when I take them out!! Only thing is I can’t eat with them cause they are lip sided!! Seeing your lovely room makes me think of all I have to do in the caravan (my craft a van) I like the way you’ve labeld things only you need to know what’s in the boxes. What a wonderful job! I need to do this myself but just don't know where to start and I have a hard time getting rid of anything to do with crafting.
