I'd say that at least Genshin has an insane amount of invincibility frames.Though I'd also be on edge if I was in that situation too. Saying this as a Monster Hunter player who does 1 hp speedruns from time to time.

Ningguang is the country's leader, with 3 5-Stars working directly under her and is powerful enough to Gates of Babylon the entire city. did you see her in that archon quest? it's a crime, I tell you.

If she was 5 star, the average player wouldnt get past C0-1 with her. Her being 4 star allowed us all to C6 or get close to C6.

To be fair, there is load of good 4 stars. Xingqiu, xiangling, Bannet, Ningguang, beidou, thoma, Barbra, just to name some of the top ones.
