Hi, new player here! At <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="665">11:05</a>, so I can better understand why in the video Sam responds with 'on res' and how he responds to the normal summon of Raiden, I see Sam activates I:P Masquerena and my understanding of the fast effect timing chart is that Sam's opponent has not started a chain when he summoned Raiden, but per the chart, since there were no triggered effects and Sam's opponent was not activating a fast effect, Sam would be given the opportunity to activate a quick/fast effect? Am I correct?
