I will be getting married in the near future, and because of Therine's life and business, it is important that we live in Luzon. At least for the near future. And so, after making Cateel home base for the past few years and building a beach home... I will have to say goodbye for a while. Life is changing, and I am leaving the beach home life...
But I will be back. That is for sure. And after getting married, we do plan on living in Mindanao...
So this is just temporary.
Bring on the life changes. Bring on the big city. I am moving away from Davao.

Life is always changing, and it looks like a big change is coming your way. You'll soon be joining your businesswoman wife in a new province far from Mindanao. In the midst of all this, I recommend keeping your current house - it's always good to have a place to call your own. And if you and Therine ever need a break from the busy city life, you've got a peaceful place to escape to. Power on!

Kung ako mas pipiliin ko pa ang probinsiya kaysa city..and yes kulas getting married na kailangan na din mag sama mag asawa pero as for me hwag mong iwanan ang bahay mo sa probinsiya dahil pwede naman kayo magbakasyon diyan kung pagod na sa city!KUMAR also is in the house always in province and I hope so..peaceful po ang probinsiya nakakapag isip ka ng maayos

Kumar should have a vlog of his own so we can follow life in Cateel and his life after Kulas.. I will miss the Cateel house if there's no more glimpse of it. Seemed like we are part of the household knowing all the nooks and crannies of the place even the raising of chicken.

You have a wonderful property near the beach. It's a big tract of land. You and Kumar can build a resort in that property in the future. Tourist will be coming through. You are a known vlogger. One thing I have found as opposed to the UK is that your property, as you say, needs constant maintenance here. I recently spent 3.5 years working in Cebu and had little time for DIY. Before my next contract I spent 5 months off just repairing and maintaining stuff around the house. My advice to people is if you are building a property once complete it needs looking after from Day 1, so budget for it. Just like a newborn baby. Good luck to you both and Power On.

I have watched 95% of your vlogs for so many years and have watched you grow and travel the Philippines. Build your Cateel home with your friend Kumar who have a friendship that will last a lifetime. Thank you for sharing your adventures and life with the world, you have brought the Philippines to so many in the world that now are in love with the Philippines. As someone who went back home from Canada to the Philippines, I will never tire of driving all over Mindanao. It's still incredibly pristine. And unlike the harsh remote Canadian wilderness, everywhere you look in the Philippines, you find interesting people.
