Gone through this since 8 years I know how it feels How people look at us like we're not for the society The harassment from sisters in law saying child is important than job and all as if i don't know how it feels that I am not getting pregnant. Thank God I am blessed with supporting, understanding and loving husband otherwise I would have done something wrong to myself because of all these words which I get to hear from my so-called relatives.

Most of the time it's the woman who is against another woman, and not the man. A large contribution to the dominating patriarchal society is through these types of women who are generally older aunties in the society. Many times it is seen that a mom-in-law , who herself is a female, wants a grandson from her daughter-in-law. We all have to change this mindset being the responsible youth of our society. Be it male, female or transgender; all have equal rights to live freely according to their wish.... We should be optimistic and broad minded because in future, we will take place of the older generation. If we will have good morality, then pitty issues on anything won't take place in the world.

Sadly, my own saas faced this kind of ilzaam from her nanad. Poor my MIL told me the whole story of her early life. I was ready to teach her nanad a lesson when she came home. But my Mom in law stopped me by saying jo ho gaya so ho gaya. Both my MIL and I care for each other a lot!!

I am neither married nor have kids, but what I believe every Story is different and only in laws should not be blamed for troubles a girl face. whatever happens its always a girl who is blamed. if u are pregnant or if u are not.I started crying at the end. there are so many girls who don't want to get married but want to have child. but this society is trash it will never except single mothers wholeheartedly.they always see them with keenful eyes like whose children they can be and start doubting their character. A girl doesn't always need a guy for financial support she needs him for the mental strength which she lacks at such crucial moment,Just knowing that he is there by her side she can face all challenges without fear.so boys try to be the reason of strength for the girls you love stand by them through every ups and down.

It was the fear of having a child that frightened her not of not having a child.The question is not of impotency of either sex but the societal pressure that makes it a real problem.Societal pressure was very clearly visible on their relationship.

For weeks now I'm watching Hindi movies. I come to the conclusion, I don't like the Indian lifestyle how it is shown. Especially how badly daughters-in-law are treated from their mother-in-law and sister-in-law.
