Eggs - 4 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Milk - 2 tbs
Big onion - 1 nos (small) + 2 nos
green chillies - 3 nos + 3 nos
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coconut - 2 tbs
Fennel Seeds (Perum jeerakam ) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 3 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
ginger - 1 Small Pieces
Ghee - 2 - 3 tbs
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
TOMATO - 2 nos
Coconut milk( Second extract ) - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coconut milk( First extract ) - 2 Cups

Hello, looks really yumm. Would definitely try out. I have once had a similar version of this at a restaurant but the curry was watery. This looks so good. Also just one doubt regarding the coconut milk. When we use canned milk or the powder to make milk how do you separate the onnam paal and randaam paal?

ഹായ് ചേച്ചി 🙏 ചേച്ചി ചക്കക്കുരു കൊണ്ട് മൈസൂർ പാക്ക് മാതിരി ഒരു ഹൽവ മേജിക്ക് ഒവനിൽ കാണിച്ചുതന്ന റെസിപ്പിയുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ അത് അന്ന് കണ്ട്‌ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു. എന്റെ മക്കൾക്കു വളരെ ഇഷ്ട്ടമായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ മറന്നു പോയി. ആ റെസിപ്പി ഒന്നു കാണിക്കാമോ. 🤗

ചേച്ചി ഇന്നത്തെ കറി സൂപ്പർ ആണല്ലോ. ഇത് ചിക്കൻ കറി പോലും തോറ്റു പോകും കാണുമ്പോൾ. ടേസ്റ്റ് അതിന് മുകളിൽ ആണ് എന്ന് മനസ്സിൽ ആയി. ഞാൻ ഇത് ഇന്ന് തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും. ചേച്ചി ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ചെറുപയർ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. സൂപ്പർ ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഇന്ത്യ ഗേറ്റ് റൈസിൽ. ആണ് ചെയ്തത്. ചപ്പാത്തി ക്ക് എനി എന്തിനാ വേറെ ഒരു കറി. ഇത് പോരെ.

ചപ്പാത്തിക്ക് ഒരു വ്യത്യസ്തമായ കറി....മുട്ട കറി, veg. കറി ഒക്കെ കഴിച്ചു മടുത്തിരിക്കുമ്പോഴാ ഈ super recepie...... ചേച്ചി കഴിച്ചു കാണുമ്പോഴേ മനസ്സിലായി അതിന്റെ taste. 👌👌👌 Thank uuu ചേച്ചീ..... Love uuu ❤️❤️❤️

എന്റെ ചെറുപ്പം....50years back... എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ വിരുന്ന് കാർ വരുമ്പോൾ കറി ഒന്നും ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ പെട്ടെന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന കറിയാണിത്... ഞാൻ എടുക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കാറുണ്ട്... പക്ഷെ, ആ സ്വാദ് ഇത് വരെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല...
