നല്ല ആശയം... വാഷ് ബേസിനു മറ വേണം... മറ്റുള്ളവർ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചില ആളുകൾ വായ നാനാക്കുന്നത് തുപ്പുന്നതും ഒക്കെ ബേസിനിൽ ആകും.... അത് ഭക്ഷണം കസിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മടുപ്പുണ്ടാക്കും

എല്ലാം കൊള്ളാം, എങ്കിലും കട്ട കൊണ്ട് cement ഇട്ടു കെട്ടി പോക്കുന്ന safety, strength, heat, cold..etc.. never get it from this, now 10 years ok..after that maintenance will come...cost of this house...similar like cement veed..but usage no fruitful, oru new gen ചായ shop മാതിരി...

One important point I observed is maintenance. Since the structure is mainly of G. I., in due course rusting will slowly creep in and hence close inspection is necessary

One major Hazard is electrocution.... because we have typical weather conditions .... lightning with thunder ⚡⚡⚡⚡ Anti lightening device is control measure...but not 💯 percent effective.... safety is and always be the basic principle of all design , engineering and construction..... ഞാനും വീട് വെച്ചു 2300 sqft അൽഹംദുലില്ലാഹ്, എന്നാലും ഇതു പോലെയുള്ള വീട് കാണുമ്പോൾ എനിക്കൊന്നും എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഇതുപോലുള്ള ആയശയങ്ങൾ തോന്നിയില്ല എന്നൊരു സങ്കടം,, മാഷാ അല്ലാഹ് വീട് സൂപ്പർ.... വീഡിയോ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരു തണുപ്പ് അനുഭവ പെട്ടു. ലാന്റ്സ്കേപ്പിംഗ് കൂടി നടത്തിയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ ഇതിലും പൊളിക്കും, കുറച്ചു ഗാർഡനോട് കൂടി എന്നാലും സൂപ്പർ മാഷാ അല്ലാഹ്

എനിക്ക് വീടിനു ഇത്തരം വീടുകൾ കണ്ടു അങ്ങനെ ഇതു നിർമിക്കാൻ നോക്കുമ്പോളാണ് ഇതിന്റ പ്രശ്നം അറിഞ്ഞത്.. എന്നാലും ഇത്തരം വീടിനോട് ഇപ്പോഴും താല്പര്യമാണ്..

ഏലി മുതൽ കൊതുകുവരെയുള്ളതിന്റെയെല്ലാം ശല്യം ഉണ്ടാകും. ധാരാളം ഓട്ട. ഇരുമ്പ് തുരുമ്പു പിടിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയാൽ ? തറയൊന്ന് തുടച്ചാലും കമ്പികൾ തുരുമ്പിയ്ക്കും. ഉയരം ഇത്രയും വച്ചാൽ ചിലന്തിവലയെങ്ങനെ അടിയ്ക്കും ?

വീടിൻറെ കോൺസെപ്റ്റ് വളരെയധികം മനോഹരമായിട്ടുണ്ട് , പക്ഷേ ഇത് കാണുമ്പോൾ സേഫ്റ്റി യുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ചില റിസ്ക്കുകൾ അവർ എടുത്തിട്ടില്ലേ എന്ന് തോന്നിപ്പോകുന്നു ,ഒരു പോർട്ടബിളായ മെറ്റൽ കട്ടർ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 5 മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് ഈ വീടിനകത്തേക്ക് ആർക്കും അതിക്രമിച്ചു കയറാം

Lightning arrestor is compulsory since completely made in metal.. There's a safety issue in raining season when heavy thunder and lightning comes. Besides this issue, the total design and ambience is greatly appreciated 👍
