Sir, thanks for the video, I am from Idukki, kattappana , Locally i have only 6 inch Interlock Cement bricks available, 8 inch is not available, i am planning to construct a 3 floor building with proper pillar beam support. Normally for house or building construction, 6 inch brick or 8 inch bricks are used ? , i wanted to know kindly advice.

Thanks for watching if you are using mortar in joint (on fixing time) minimum 1 day curing required. Painting and plaster application based on your budjet but joint filing has to do must in outer wall with waterproof material.(atleast water proof paint is advisable long life).

Your neighbour house side wall should be packed outside otherwise leakage will come, so that particular side give the gap or use normal brick work

What about electric conduit laying in interlocked blocks?

After installation you have to cut the wall and installe the electrical conduit you can't chip the wall with hammer it will damage the other block. After install the wall pack as perthe existing line and groove otherwise it will look bad.

Material, manpower, finish - all above 40% cost advantage. But overall effect lingers down to 24.3%. So what is added expense?!! Kindly clarify.

Dear karthick, Thanks for watching! After wall construction you have to do internally water proof and the gap has to fill grout material so that material and manpower cost will increase. So the 40% cost saving only for wall construction and if calculate overall building budget will reduce 24.3% (approximately).
