A&Z #1111 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus The Station Hotel's Mighty Kebab Stuffed Chicken Parmo Challenge hosted by The Station Hotel located in Pickering, North Yorkshire, England of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 3-week Scotland Tour, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I spent 4 weeks (1 month) exploring most of the major cities and areas in the northern half of England. During our travels, I attempted 18 English man vs food restaurant challenges. For British food eating challenge event #3, we headed to The Station Hotel in Pickering, England, so we could each attempt one of The Station Hotel's food challenges. I love chicken parmos and I also love lamb kebabs, so I had to try The Station Hotel's Mighty Kebab Stuffed Cheesy Chicken Parmo Challenge which combines my two favorite foods. Because this would be my final parmo challenge of the trip and I was feeling well, I asked for extra again!! I had 40 minutes to feast on three giant breaded and fried chicken breasts smothered with bechamel sauce and 3 types of shredded cheeses. The chicken breasts were stacked and stuffed with lots of locally sourced lamb kebab meat which was also so good!! I had to also finish a bowl of English coleslaw and 1-1.5lbs of freshly cut chips. I was trying to win my £33 British lamb kebab stuffed parmo meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. The Station Hotel's Mighty Kebab Stuffed Chicken Parmo Challenge in Pickering, England (£33):
- The Station Hotel is next to the train station in beautiful Pickering, North Yorkshire, England.
- The Station Hotel offers lots of different food challenges, including this lamb kebab stuffed cheesy chicken parmo challenge. The base challenge requires brave challengers to feast on two giant breaded and fried chicken breasts smothered with delicious bechamel sauce and three types of shredded cheese - Yellow Cheddar, White Cheddar, and Mozzarella Cheese.
- This was going to be my final parmo challenge of the trip and I was feeling great, so just for fun I added a 3rd chicken breast served parmo style. The Station Hotel didn't have a third large chicken breast, so I just enjoyed two normal-sized chicken fillets.
- This challenge is amazing because in between the parmos, The Station Hotel adds lots of lamb kebab meat from a nearby kebab shop local to the area. To clarify, they didn't have extra lamb kebab meat available for my larger challenge, so my challenge just featured the same amount as the normal base challenge does.
- There is a 40 minute time limit to finish everything, including a bowl of English coleslaw and over 1lb of freshly cut chips. The Carling drank during this video and the bowl of dill flavored garlic mayo were both optional and didn't have to be finished.
- Winners receive the £33 English parmo meal free plus a sweet T-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame!!
