I agree. And if they don’t comply then they can always talk to a lawyer who’d get way more than 30days PTO, the best therapist money could maybe buy, and a whole lot more so the owner should take this into consideration , considering the circumstances, and plus his insurance policy should cover whatever needed and for however long it’s needed for the staff and loved ones of the deceased . He wasn't harassing anyone. He asked for some spare change. You never know, that might have made a big difference in his decision to kill those people the next day. And I don't know the attitude of the lady kicking him out the store. That could also made a difference in what happened the next day.

@@petboy5839 It was a cover story. He had to drive 4 hours to this grocery store and said he chose this store, noting a “high density of BIks in the zip code”. He admitted in his manifesto his intentions to go there the day before was to do reconnaissance at the store and make sure his plan pans out the way he wanted it to be (he was already scoping out the place several times before for months on end). He was studying the security guard’s movement (thats how he got klled) & what time of day it would be most busy inside. He even mapped out the inside of the store. He had all the money to afford a slew of weapons and heavy body armor. And he was lying to his parents that he was at school everyday in order to use their car. He was living at his parent’s upper middle class home. He was a calculated individual who already had his mind made up.
@oceanrocks2 жыл бұрын
@@petboy5839 On March 8, he made a trip to the supermarket in which he surveilled the movements of the store’s security guards and made observations of the weapons they carried. Detailed sketches of the store’s floor plan were included in the messages, together with multiple photographs, including a parking spot “for the attack.” He noted, there were “many BIks” at the cashiers’ area and in other locations. In all, 53 BIk people and 6 Whte people were inside the store, he wrote, along with two BIk security guards carrying what he said were Glock pistols. He recounted being confronted by one of the guards after having entered the store 3 times that day. “I’ve seen you go in and out … What are you doing?” the guard asked him, according to the messages. Gendron replied that he was “collecting consensus data” before making excuses and heading for his car, he wrote, adding: “In hindsight that was a close call.” Sometime around Easter, he approached a Whte produce manager and told her she didn’t belong there and belonged in the suburbs. He asked her why she worked at an all-BIk store and when she told him she loved her store, he responded by calling her a “nggr lover” under his breath. This was well before he was even kicked out.
@oceanrocks2 жыл бұрын
@@petboy5839 He had a friendly chat with a homIess BIk dude that same day. It didn’t matter to him, he had this planned out months in advance with a 180pg manifesto he worked hours upon hours on and literally dropped out of college as a result of planning this calculated attack (mind you he had other locations in mind and planned to sh00t up another grocery store after sh00ting up Tops had he not been caught, and also had BIk churches and elementary schools in his mind). He said his parents were onto him and were suspicious of what he was actually doing everyday, so he knew he had to act quick before they could dismantle his plans. Also, reading his chat logs it appears he had encouragement and support from other like minded rac1sts so he would not have been deterred.
