What do Microsoft employees REALLY think about working there? I recently visited the Redmond Campus to explore some unseen parts of the company, as well as chat with fellow employees to find out what they thought about working at the company. Join me as I uncover the truth!
Also, I can't believe I have to explicitly say this, but much of what is filmed is for comedic entertainment / sarcasm / joke(s) etc. I DO love working at Microsoft, and I like the water there too

Would this be the same process to get into Microsoft for wanting to work on the Xbox side? I'm trying to get into the gaming industry but I only have an Aerospace background. I'm familiar with the Unity engine and have a basic understanding of game development in college but no prior professional experience with it. Switching industries is hard. I've done clerical work such as Document Control and right now data entry for an internal non conforming process, but I don't think Microsoft would be interested in that unless code was involved.

The microphone looks like an Audio Technica AT2020 or something? It captures sound from the side much clearer than from the top! It is a "side-address" microphone, even though the design makes it look like an "end-address" microphone.
