Another addition to the series! Maddie you just win my heart with your efforts and the efficacy with which you research and make sure everything goes right. Perfect would be an understatement. My fav part would be that even though you've not had fish alot of times, for the sake of authenticity you had it and then you were dry honest also that you didn't finish it. Hi! I love how you'd never tried rasam rice before and how good it looked, it made me drool! When you compared it to dal chawal, at first I found it weird because of the obviously different tastes but then it really made sense. I love how you're not afraid to try new things and that you don't overly criticize or talk negatively about something that you don't like.
