Do you know what’s mental… Matt is absolutely massive and not remotely short - yet spent this entire video looking about the size of Luca vs him 😂. I think it’s easy to underestimate how big strongmen are, total monsters these guys. Top stuff and really nice lads those brothers.

I honestly have no idea how they actually digest that much food in that space of time, let alone how their bodies are able to use it as efficiently as they do to fuel their training.
