Rising Voltage does double damage in electric terrain + choice specs + STAB + Max IV's + Special Attack/Speed EV's means that Raichu OHKO's most Pokémon. EDIT: Levitate exists. Smooth brain.

Rising Voltage does double damage to pokemon on the ground in electric terrain, but Hydreigon is not on the ground. Also like I said I calculated it, it does like 40% max

@@Speshel I forgot Hydreigon's ability is Levitate, good point lol. I never played gens 4-7. Alright fine, you outnerd me THIS TIME but I'll be back 😂

how about you do a coblemon nuzlock in my opinion coblemon is better than pixelmon because it really feels like pokemon and minecraft at the same time please do a nuzlock on this🙏🙏🥺🥺

Yeah but as its a nuzlocke it would probably either get killed by a multi hit move or level up too high and then the strategy would stop working

@Speshel I think you need to be aware of the fact that anubismc are in direct violation of Minecraft EULA and by partnering with them, if and when legal action is taken, you are seen as an acomplice and will be treated the same as the staff, receiving equal punishment
