Dan, thanks for sharing all this. I want to teach you about food. I want to teach you about farming, I want to help you so you live longer and then you might do more good and turn to God. Cook meat with spices, eat it with vegetables. All different cuts of the animal. Come on, don't think protein from protein bars doesn't have negative consequences accumulating. The people you tell to eat them will also get problems later on and blame you. Audit that. Where will your joints be? Where will your liver be? What will your cravings do to you later?
