Love the video mate, in England Bath City and Yeovil town is a big non league derby both somerset clubs and not far geographically played recently, but the derby is huge we've played yeovil 274 times and is one off the biggest. It's massive because they're the main dominat clubs in somerset and both teams always challange for the somerset cup both winning it 25 times each. There may not be another for a long time but If we get promoted and yeovil do to then you definetly should come to the derby always big crowds and pyros.

Blair, Cumnock may have a few new players but, Talbot introduced 13 new players this season so, what you have seen on the pitch at this match is a testimony to Tommy Sloan and his coaching team in getting them to gel and perform to that level in such a short space of time. away the ‘Bot

Seen it at Junior games years ago. Camelon Juniors vrs Killingwinning Rangers used to be a bit nuts. Seen a full scale riot happen when both sets on fans stormed the pitch and the players had to run into the changing rooms. And away games were just as bad.

To be fair, the ground holds 4000, the stand 500, the place wasn’t packed but there wasn’t any part with no fans. Probably getting to something like half full? A decent crowd by most standards.

Ramsgate v Margate, virtually next door to each other. Margate, like the town itself, has all the money thrown at it and thinks itself above its neighbour, and Ramsgate has a very big chip on its shoulder about it. The Southern League Cup game at Hartsdown 1975, Ramsgate brought about 1500 over and the fun and games afterwards in the adjacent grassy area...THAT was a bloodbath 😂

Mate Stourbridge versus halesowen Town over 2,500 in the southern central league,games abandoned ,away fans banned ,police helicopters arrests this is called the number 9 Derby because of the bus route but its very dangerous

There are also separate ways in for Stourbridge v halesowen when away fans are allowed. I know this as I been there and my son played in goal for Stourbridge segregated fans in non league

Both these teams could enter the lower scottish leagues and likely are better off financially than some that are called professional. They choose not to because their commitees would then need to start declaring just what monies they turn over and have held in so called charitable accounts .

Remeneber me and my best pal (ayr united fans) walked by somerset park in ayr and was these two playing each other in a jnr cup final and we were let in the home end with the cumnock fans with 10 minutes to go and went into extra time and gotta say what an atmosphere it was it almost had more hate that an ayshire Darby between ayr and killie ,,we had a great night with some of the cumnock fans .

A Genuine Question.... Can Non League Teams enter the F.A. Cup? And if so how many Games do they have to play before they reach the First Round????

If you think of the Premier League as level 1 (highest level) - I assume you're meaning the English FA Cup?? (I don't know the rules for who/how teams enter the Scottish Cup), then I think I'm right in saying teams down to level 8 are eligible to enter. But the lowest level teams start from an early stage (they even start their FA Cup games as early as August!) and play preliminary/qualifying round games. National League teams (level 5) enter the final qualifying round, League 1 and League 2 (levels 3 and 4) enter the 1st Round Proper (along with all the survivors who have battled through the previous rounds), Premier League and Championship teams then enter at the 3rd Round stage (64 teams are now left). All teams in England below League 2 are regarded as non-league.

Might well be accurate. Not been to Cumnock for ages, but Auchinleck is still "interesting." Does this attract "tourist" hooligans? Rushden & Diamonds v. Kettering Town used to attract Ing-Ger-Lund casuals and other ne'er-do-wells from impressive distances... Before both clubs went tits-up and dropped down the leagues. Pre-Covid, Shamrock Rovers v. Bohemians in Dublin was getting like that. Hooligans arrested would include Poles, Germans and Dutchmen, as well as English. All randomly picking a side and having a punch-up in a city where the police attitude to having a pagger at a football match is markedly more liberal than the norm in most of 21st century Europe.

Don’t really understand that, the stand was about half full, but most folk were on the terrace anyway. What’s the only stand point? You actually saying that wasn’t a decent crowd? Your team is who? Assume they have some support.
