It's probably a love rework, since they didn't bother to rename the c move and the f move which apparently is "awakening proof" (since the original didn't have it). Problem with f is that if it was added from awk, it would take 0 mas. It takes mas tho :0

The reason it's called rumble is because when lighting strikes something it makes a loud bang and that is called Thunder and rumble is just another word for Thunder.

The pole v2 did less damage because pole v1 had more mastery and if you get more mastery you can do more damage

Im not gonna lie, enel is probably one of the most powerful characters in all of one piece, i mean, he can't stand up to shanks or kaido but he's probably Doflamingo level and surely wouldn't have been defeated if it wasnt for luffy's immunity

Lightning is faster, larger, and like 20 times hotter than magma too, which is Akainu's Devil Fruit. Lightning is around 50k degree celcius, at 300 million volts, 5 times hotter than the surface of the sun, and Enel can reach that level and probably get it to be even hotter if he awakened his fruit or trained with it. I think even the admirals would have a hard time with him.
