For everyone wondering and saying that drdonut should be higher ranked then ht3, just so yk, ht3 is the highest rank you can get by a ordinary test, then there's a tier two test which you do separately afterwards and also a tier one test you do Afterwards, so drdonut just has to request a tier two test now and then tier one.
