Then, jumping off, he hits a Pow Block which causes a coin that was floating above a music block to drop a spring that sends a Piranha Plant towards him so he can spin-jump on it and spin-wall-jump to jump on a Bob-omb on a Muncher which he kicks, then spin-jumps to hit another Bob-omb. He grabs the 2nd Bob-omb while keeping pace with the 1st one, he spin-jumps on the 1st Bob-omb and hits a noteblock unleashing a Mega Monty Mole. He immediately turns back to throw the 2nd Bob-omb at the Monty Mole and grab a red coin while the 1st Bob-omb gets crushed and blows up a Pow Block to defeat a Thwomp. He ground-pounds where the Thwomp was, hitting a giant winged Bob-omb (which collects a 2nd red coin), gp-cancels, spin-wall-jumps and lands on the Bob-omb to push the it off, then walljumps and spins, while the Bomb blows up a Pow Block which makes 2 coins above 2 noteblocks fall and spawn another Pow Block that he grabs and a red winged Paratroopa that he jumps off and then he throws the Pow Block at a winged Muncher to get a key, spin-wall-jumps and lands on a delayed big, winged, Spiny falling off a track, and performs 3 consecutive normal walljumps and enters the door.

Here is the part explained: You swing off the claw and the thwomp above you goes down to hit the seesaw to launch the spring up, you get on top the spring to hit a pow block which lets the coin above the note block fall down and activate it, sending a piranha plant for Mario to do a wall spin jump on to it to get to the area above. You do a wall spin jump from the yellow pipe and jump on top the bob omb and spin jumping on it again near the saw to let it go on a conveyor belt to jump off it later, you then jump on to another bob omb, hold it, and spin jump when the other bob omb jumps up from the note block and throw your bob omb at a monty mole to get a red coin. The bob omb you jumped off activated a big winged bob omb from the note block for later and goes to activate a pow block, that kills a thwomp that was blocking your path. Now you ground pound cancel down on to the big winged bob omb, do a wall spin jump to get over the saw and jump on the big winged bob omb again that gets you a red coin and kick it down to where the pow block is so it can activate it for two coins above of two note blocks to fall and activate to send off a pow and a red paratroopa. You then wall jump from the blue pipe to go on to an ice block and fall down to get the pow and jump off the red paratroopa. You then throw the pow at a muncher so you can get the key to the door and be able to do a wall spin jump on to a buzzy beetle to then wall jump off a wall, brick, and ice block to get to the locked door.

The world of Hardest levels also has its place on the top of team shell and team precision lists. Finding the hardest level in SMM2 is hard to recognize. Usually the ones with the lowest clear rates are speedruns though, due to many factors. Unless you play all the contenders, finding the “hardest” level is almost impossible.
