@@priyadeogirkar2923I think you are talking about quality auditor . They audits the call data which our associates takes on day to day basis. I do have work as a CSA and Quality auditor as well. The thing is these profiles and the current SME profile under which I'm currently working all 3 are non tech profiles. I found this video helpful bcz the skills which are required to be a data analyst, business analyst,automation analyst in Amazon is quite same as per this video.I can assure cz I've seen the same skillset was required last year when I have given that paper and which I couldn't clear unfortunately bcz of lack of sql knowledge. May be this time I'll be more confident in giving these papers inside amazon. 😅

Ma'am, may graduation kia hu English honours may, abhi MA kar raha hu. Lekin mujhe data analysis may bhata interest hay. Isliye last 4-5 months laga kar free time may SQl scratch se practice kia hu and advanced Excel bhi sikh liya. Tableau ka ek government free course kia hu and 2 project banaya hu.
