I played the Convergence Mod alpha and went with the Stormcaller class to test out the magic in the game. And it was amazingly powerful. If you want to try it out yourself the link is below!

Love what they did with godrick he felt so weak in my first play through and I like having Renala as the weakest boss feels like it makes sense

Everytime I see clips of this mod it looks so damn hype. Also the exasperation when you tried Air Tax on the random soldier sent me "IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING" lmao, fun video my guy!

I saw someone else playing this earlier today and had to download it as well. This mod looks sick! Reminds me of Cinders for DS3 (I know there's a convergence mod for ds3 but I didn't play it)

Convergence for DS3 is probably one of the best mods ever. It even has voice acting for the custom NPCs

I love wind build and Storm Blade is mu favorite Ash of war. But here they give the wind element high gear and I love it.

I just realized but you basicly became a carbon copy of Godrick, controls the wind, dragon hand. Your even wearing the banished knights set. All your missing is an axe of some sort lol

The air tax must have been bugged at the time of recording. It works now. It's basically a poison effect that does 12 damage per second. About 760 total, depending on the enemy. It's kinda rediculous because it's weak, but it doesn't take any build up either, it just works. Cheese the shit out of sp many enemies.

the stormcaller staff is located south of sainted heroes grave called stormcaller's church. it is not listed in note: weapons for stormcaller. either it was not updated or the devs of the mod wants to keep it secret.

I think when you first fought Margot, that one spell slowed his attack speed down. I think he was walking slower after. If you figured it out later in vid then sorry for repeat but that's what I think was happening

Just an FYI Convergence buffed the hell out of all the story bosses damagewise, so air tax worked with Margit, he dealt WAY less damage.

PSA: You have to come to a complete stop while trying to repost and using the sprint buff or it thinks you’re trying to do a running attack.

as of nov 13, the dragon fist weapon is disabled. fist weapons in general can be equipped but does no damage.

As of Now many things have been reworked. Air tax no longer does anything it says in this video. It's now a poison like effect that takes 12hp perscond for around 760 depending on the enemy. Requires no build up, just hit em once and they are affected. When it runs out do it again. Also does not trigger enemies, works like posion mist or whatever the DTS cheese is. And it's range is ridiculous. So for annoying enemies you don't want to agro at low level like the lions, or whatever. But also storm gust the weakest spell the storm caller has staggers pretty much everything except bosses.

Just started playing this, and my god. Like it's awesome, but why? I have never used sorceries and found out that most starting classes are sorcerers so figured i'd learn it now. Then i got to castle morne, then i got to stormviel. They buffed the ahit out of Margit, and Shabriri's Chosen one kicked my ass. And my god the expansions are amazing. But It's too much, like why would i ever want to go through them again? Edit: I can't believe they named a NPC after you.

Hmm…I like. this was such a cool video. I like longer videos but I’m a minority in this I assume. Didn’t feel too long just right for this type of idea.
