Open the box while you start jumping, u‘ll be midair moving while taking loot. If you press jump crouch, u will jump over the box and slide out of the box animation

If you're on PC, just bind A+D to your left+right d-Pad to move side-to-side. That's how he does it. Or you can do it like Asura said.

Using steam inputs.. I think he puts A and D keyboard inputs on his D Pad on controller. If that makes sense. And I think there's one more step to it so you can still Loot with the controller stick and not had the keyboard inputs take your controller cursor away (I could be totally wrong)
