I love dancing. May I just say it is so vulnerable and brave of these two dancers to stand up there with no music and dance in front of an audience.

Dancing is literally therapeutic to me. It's the only thing that makes me genuinely smile with inner satisfaction especially when I'm freestyling deep into the music. Nobody can understand it, not from where I live. It is for this reason that I'm able to actually approach each song differently 'cause I try to understand the song or interpret the vibe especially in edm or classical type of music where there is no lyrics. Edit: I incorporate many styles like popping, hiphop, contemporary, and dancehall, but waacking is my main style of dance. There is something freeing with throwing your arms and spinning hands in a calculated yet open direction. I feel like I become one with the instruments and song when I'm moving along.

I agree with you, but this technique of making a person is temporary we should search for inner peace. For example: I'm sad so I will dance to lift my mood but after dancing I again became sad so search for permanent cause rather than these temporary techniques.

Hi @@badassgamerz123 In my experience it can create permanent changes in the way we think and feel, especially if done over time. Feeling happy and confident in ones own body, creative, empowered, artistic. It goes much beyond a temporary mood lift but can actually help process connect with yourself and your emotions and solve more permanent aspects. Just my perspective. Respectfully, Matt

Very good points mentioned... Dance is really such a powerful tool to express oneself for everyone.

Nobody but themselves cares about ones "self expression". It's then pretty useless and an accessory at best.

@@s3ntin3l60 of course people care... otherwise they would never follow you in social media and check every 5 minutes your story. people are naturally curious and attracted by beauty and how people express their beauty in every way and form.

Ok. let's say they are mediocre. Then that adds up to the point! she is trying to show how powerful is dance and how even non-advanced dancers can experience the numerous benefit of dance (I mean, she would rather not ask super-professional dancers to help her, because the audience will get very sceptical and may think that the dancers have pre-choreographed for the talk). However, in reality, these dancers are not mediocre, man. look at their flow, control, flexibility, interactions and synchronization. It is really not easy to maintain all of those aspects when you are dancing. I think you should try her challenge with your friend and then you will know what I mean :)
