Equal parts by weight cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixed with diced jalapenos. Add as many jalapenos as you dare, or add some dice habaneros as well. Place a fat spoonful in each spot in an ice tray and freeze. Bread with flour/egg/bread crumbs (panko or crushed Ritz crackers). Deep fry until golden & crispy
