@@bitslay Well once I had got to aboutt 8 years old, I had spent most of my life either getting to training, training or sleeping (apart from school) lol So I was prepared as much as anyone could have been. Even so it was so mentally tough. I was really quite good once. If it helps, swimming is all about technique.
