Just a tip! I use the therapeutic cups at home a lot and instead of ripping them off there is a circle on the top that you pull and it lets the air out instead of just ripping them off 😊

that abs thing deserves 5 stars, there's not a single thing in the world that can give you abs in just a few minutes. the abs machine you had in the video is actually very affective, you just need to use it for 20 minute a day for a week before you notice any difference. after a month the results are astonishing
