I bought a lady's huge Xbox 360 collection last year and she didn't know if anything worked, but the lot was $30 for the Xbox 360, 27 games, some weren't there, 8 Xbox 360 controllers and some needed deep cleaned and replacement thumbsticks, charging cables for the controllers, and some other stuff.

Biggest collection I have brought was a camera collection from a horders estate. About 5-600 vintage cameras. More than 1 covered the whole cost.

About 4 maybe 5 years ago I bought some PS2 games from a guy at a yard sale. He said he had original Nintendo and Super Nintendo, but he wasn’t ready to sell at that point. So I just gave him my number and said if he ever wants to sell his whole collection to let me know. So just a couple weeks ago I get a text from him saying he’s moving and that he’s ready to sell. I bought his whole collection including 2 NES’s, a SNES, PS3, PS2 and Wii with games for each. I don’t think there’s anything super crazy in the lot, but for $300, I couldn’t let the games fall into the hands of my competition. Especially since he said he was having a yard sale that weekend.

I offered a game store that used to rent Dreamcast games $1000 Cdn for a whole tub of DC games when it tanked, and they got out of renting the games. Sadly, they said no, but I was able to grab some good stuff reasonably cheap, likes Skies of Arcadia and a complete Grandia II with the soundtrack.

Curious on your thoughts about the video game bubble chase? You’ve probably bought hundreds of copies of Pokemon and Mario yet sealed copies are fetching thousands no millions in regards to SM64 which obviously these items are not worth which in turn is driving up every other game price sealed or not sealed. Would you have spent that same money two years ago on those games or are the values on current prices you could get if there graded threw Wata and sold on Heritage?

@@skylarwattie I got that SNES lot highlighted in this video...the condition of the manuals was not as good as the boxes unfortunately. I won both Dreamcast lots, both PS1 lots, Japanese Saturn lot, Sega Saturn Console, Master System, 3 of the fight sticks, some Mortal Kombat lots including a press kit. And a few other random things.

It was like the auction house kind of consigned everything, the buyers premium is what went to the auction house. Still curious to know how well they each did!
