My investing journey. I bought a multifamily apartment with no money. No investors would help me. I hit roadblock after roadblock but finally figured out how to do it. Learning how to invest in multifamily.

My sister is awesome! She’s always been there for me. All the way back to my first job and how to drive, now I can add real estate.

Good work. You deserve it for the amount of risk and work you took. I wouldn't be surprised if you will be able to buy it back again in one or two years for $1m or less. Keep your eye on it. 🤫

Lol. They got a good deal for the time. I don’t know that it continued appreciating like that. Nationally MF dropped 30% in value since then but east tn is hot. It was an easy pass for investors. I had never done one, wasn’t local, and nobody knew me.

🎉🎉🎉 What an amazing testimony 😊. I absolutely love creative financing. One of the best investments I did was buying a restaurant building, No money down, owner financing and the owner actually gave me a check at the close of Escrow ($20,K) to help me get started. www.reintn.net/ I’m sure it’s like anything else. There are some great resources but need to be careful. I was never super involved but certainly benefited from it.
