Once worked for Proslide designing waterslide parts. That thumbnail is white water west or polin?. Those 3 are the big 3 for waterslides. manufacturers. Entertaining to see your journey... parts are in rough shape. Each company has custom fiberglass epoxy compound with additives, engineered for the various conditions waterslide parks face around the globe. Even the color of the gel coat will change stress/corrosion/uv slide can take. Good luck

Hire a surveyor. They can give you all the measurements you need. Horizontal and vertical.

I'm a Boat Builder, and this is sketchy. I personally would've remade it to guarantee it wouldn't break in future through osmoses and water getting into the core etc. I see why those boat builders didn't take on the job. I'm in Australia and the shed i worked for would've taken on the job if there was money to be made. But man the guys who dropped those parts really messed up. They should've either got a crane or get a pully system which i'm not sure if it can be done considering a crane with a crew of guys would've been way cheaper when you have a plan to get rid of the crane asap.

Instead of heavy concrete why don't you use treated timber instead so you don't burn your feet. For the deck and not the footings I mean.

I got a stupid idea they could save you, and undo some of the damages first off of what they did to you was illegal, and if you choose to take legal action, that’s your call second off, you could sell pieces from the slide for the material and what I mean by that isfind out what material everything is made out of and sell it for the cost of what the material is worth. It won’t guarantee you to get all of your money back but it’ll allow you to get some of it back. Hopefully that could help.
