I’d recommend looking to put it on the hard so you can properly address all the maintenance and repairs below the waterline. Also I think the only way to properly fix this boat to make it worth living on would require you to remove the mast and redo the mounts and chain plates. I mention theses two areas of focus because below the water line and your mast are the most critical areas if you plan on crossing any serious blue water. Good luck and keep at it.

Even came with the original rust on the tools !, awesome. I would very strongly suggest pulling the boat, and getting placed on the hard. you need to address the mast, and that leads ya to the haul from the out side. Don't skip this part if ya figure ya want to sail the deep waters.
