My experience with BMW's are that anything more than 5 years old and your almost always got the engine warning light on for one silly issue or another, dont ignore them mind you or your about to turn an unwanted bill into a nightmare.

Paid more to redo everything under the hood than I actually paid for the (VERY UNSTURDY) BODY. CRINKLES LIKE A BUDWEISER CAN ...under very little pressure/impact...lady at the grocery store barely bumped into it with her cart....dang front quarter panel looked like it was gonna fall off. Scared her death!
