Got mine today and on the first shot all I could say was wow! Sighted in in a couple shots and can't hardly hear the gun shoot. Nicest feeling trigger I have ever tried. Just tough it and it goes off. What a Pellet Gun. Please remember you get what you pay for and the Daystate Huntsman Revere in .177 is worth the money.

Hello Sir. Very interesting video and a beautiful rifle. One of your subscribers said he had too many guns in his collection gathering dust !!? I feel the same way now, I have five, one Crown fac 25 and four 12/ft lb 177s. I don’t want another FX and give the very unhelpful importers anymore money, so I am looking to have a ‘sale’ and have one quality rifle. One of the best guns I owned was a Daystate mk4is very very accurate, stupidity sold it for more I bought it for. I love the electric guns and the Red/Blue Wolf would be my choice. Pleased you like it, I would go for 12/ft 177 as they are brilliantly accurate out to 65yards. Like to see some groups when you get time. Good stuff 👍 🇬🇧

I can see why you went for one. It would be on my list of possible buys in the future, and you can’t deny it’s a nice piece of engineering. I think if Daystate made a smaller and less heavy rifle similar to a redwolf or wolverine they would be onto a winner.

I have a 177 red wolf in red laminate and it is also pellet on pellet. Hav e also got a .22 fac red wolf in walnut which is very accurate.

A friend of mine has put a butt hook, hamster, big March scope and does very well in FT and HFT..... You must have a huge loft

@@smreviews6259 apart from the fact it’s just gone back to daystate because the battery would discharge over night I love it shoots great I have my pard 008 lrf mounted on it so it’s awesome day or night u can carry with one hand with out sticking the barrel in the dirt I waited almost 8 months for it and I think it was worth the wait Just hope daystate fix the battery issue fast and I get it back

I had holes in my pockets but they got fixed now i can reach the bottom. Maybe a helix ffp or a Revere.

I have the huntsman regal deadly accurate not keen on the electronic trigger on the red wolf love the stock tho ,did you sell the zbroia hortiza

I have had a regal hr and loved it and wish i had not sold it. I found the trigger strange to start with but i do like it. I will probably be selling it with a bottle and scope.

Personally i think there over rated, heard a few bad things about them, but there’s better rifles for far cheaper in my opinion. I wouldn’t want to take it outside for starters. The most accurate rifle i had was the Weihrauch HW101.177. Should never had got rid of it, but that was before i started shooting competitions. My favourite ones i have is the FX Crown FAC .22 and for closer shooting is my BSA Ultra regulated .177 which is tuned by The Ratworks. Look forward to seeing your results 👍

To be totally honest i thought the same about them until i tried one in the shop and you only really know if you like a gun when you get it home and use it.

Yes indeed you are crazy 😃 Can't see the point of spending 2k on a Sub 12 when you have a Fx Impact in FAC, secondly the Daystate is a bling gun more suitable for target work.

Some places are not suitable for Fac. I may start target shooting but it will get used for vermin control before that.

@@smreviews6259 The Fx Impact has variable power, which can be set to Sub 12 power level if required,the Daystate is shinny, not good for hunting, as long as you place a pellet on the pests head or heart/lung,it makes no difference having pellet on pellet in you're loft, as that's not in a outdoor condition where wind plays a major factor in accuracy,most all shots are taken with some sort of rest, not free standing.

@@smreviews6259 Another thing, i can't see the point of putting a budget scope on an expensive gun, you could say well it does the job but I'd say so does a cheaper gun with a budget scope, specially in Sub 12.

@@andrewclaxton6446 I have my Impact set on 1 doing 920 f/s with jsb hades so set on max i can shoot slugs without having to adjust reg/ hammer spring, that said on 1 still doing 30ft. The loft thing is only to zero it in and i buy everything i review (apart from the impact 12ft) that way i can give an honest unbiased review of it and not just shoot paper and tell you how wonderful it is. You get worts and all with me.

@@smreviews6259 But you can still alter the settings to reduce power if you set it up that way without having to spend 2k plus on a Sub 12 which in all purpose is designed for target work, had the FX Impact myself but with leaks,regulator creep, pellet probe problems & the risk of double loading it had to go.
