Seems like a good property to make into a family compound, with a main house, garage with adu and maybe a small 1 or 2 bedroom house on property as a inlaw property or turning it into a shed. Connect all the buildings with concrete paths perhaps putting in a pool between the house and garage with a covered walkway. Is the property on municipal water and sewer or a septic system ?

The property is on a private well for water and a septic system. A pool is an awesome idea and would be great overlooking the river! I don’t know if the county would allow a 3rd dwelling but it’s something to look into for sure. Great tip!

I agree the woodwork is nice. However not having another bedroom on the same floor as the master can be a deal breaker for a lot of buyers! So we’re gonna have to turn it into a bedroom.
