Much worse than I thought...I should have inspected it better. Replacing undercarriage rollers, Bucket teeth and some misc. repairs.

At least you will know exactly what you have when you get done. Sure it will cost more than you was planning on but when you get done go price a new one and you will not have those big payments every month :) Trying to help lol I have done worse down through the years

Very True! I found more since this video...I'll include in the next video of installing a hydraulic thumb. I feel good knowing it will all be new undercarriage when I'm done and should last me several years....I hope!

Looks like your sprockets warn out, that could cause lot noise, especially with rubber tracks. Buy you know what new excavator cost probly $ 80,000 or 90,000, sure you may need to invest $3,000 or $5,000

After looking at everything a little closer, I found the main issue with the left side... I put it in the "Adding a Thumb" video. I'm still waiting on rollers for the right side...that should help also.

Great job so far. Can’t trust many people these days with used equipment. How many hours does it have on it?

@darwindropmazda about 5600hrs... she's a little sloppy... I'm about to do some more work on it and I'll try and make a good video 🙂
