Happy for you my dude. I understand why people are saying it’s a L move though. Highest cost of living, taxes, etc. you said 6 month lease so hopefully it’s temporary cuz with how social media pay fluctuates it would suck to lose your crib and end up homeless in LA. As a creator yeah it may help your career but at what cost. You see a lot of people moving out of LA. Watch out who your trust out there. Most people are just looking out for themselves. Make contracts from now on too and make people sign them. That way if people break contract you have legal grounds to take them to court and won’t end up tryna scam you out of more money.
