If you're a card collector you'd NEVER store your cards like this. I'm going with fake just on that alone. No self respecting card collector would leave Jordan cards in a dusty storage unit spread out on a table vulnerable to leaks, dust, insects, rodents. If you got enough sense to know these cards are valuable then youve got enough since that this is the WORSE way to store them.

Me and my family once got screwed over by a storage unit place. It was right next to a hotel, but we were moving out of our abusive house owners so we had no time to question it. One day, without a bill or any acknowledgment that we needed to pay the rent for it, it was auctioned shortly after. It wouldn’t be such a big problem, but all of our stuff was very valuable in memories, and some of it was irreplaceable.

Fake. As someone who has rented storage units for years, I have never seen anyone store such a low amount of items that are so neatly lied out like they're on display. If the owner couldn't make payments, they would have taken the cards before their rent was due. It's not like sports cards take up a lot of space. You can easily fit all of those into 1 box.

I used to work for PS. you can definitely find some hidden gems but it's highly unlikely you'll find sneakers and cards neatly stacked like that. also, when the units sell they go to auction and it isn't automatically after 30 days. you have to be in a very small town to have a unit like that not get multiple bidders, especially since the unit doors are open when they do the auction.

Nah the unit was sold by the owner. The listing on the auction literally says "private seller" also before your unit goes to auction they call, text, and mail you for about two months then put out an ad in the local newspaper. Plus it's written into the lease what happens if the bill isn't paid

Spent 50$ and found a bunch of World War II surplus items. Spent the better part of a year trying to find the original owner. Eventually found his grand daughter who told me they did not want anything aside from his awards and a single uniform. I spent a few days getting everything right and drove 6 hours to hand deliver it. As a thank you her and her husband helped get all the weapons legally transferred to my name. Now I hav a Luger, M1 Garand, 1912, Arisaka, a few Thompson mags, and a Kar98 for only around 700$ after including fees and travel expenses

These are just high eBay prices, the one with prices of 12000,5000,7000 took me a while to sell for 2 bucks. You probably made money, but check the sold options because some people way over exaggerated their prices.
